Having done as instructed, I'm running a modified MDF giving 1824 x
1026 x 16M @ 58Hz on a BenQ G2222HDL LCD monitor (RPCEmu089/4.02).
This fits nicely within a 1920 x 1050 display. The base platform is
Win7/64-bit.
