Merge request: toolchains - mono/atari-adjustments

Hello,

can someone please merge my branch mono/atari-adjustments of the
toolchain tree?

Latest commit:
Do not allow curl to use poll()
poll() is just an wrapper around select() on FreeMiNT so it just
introduces overhead, do not use it.
