Tested with NetSurf Dev #833

VRPC OS4.39 on Windows 8 - Inet$Resolvers : 10.0.1.1
All OK.

VRPC OS4.39 on Mac 10.8.2 - Inet$Resolvers : 127.0.0.1
NetSurf 2.9 resolves perfectly but NetSurf 3.0 times out.
(I tried manually setting Inet$Resolvers to 10.0.1.1 but it did not help.)
