Bob doesn't mention the operating system of the host machine but,
assuming it to be Windows, hd4.hdf should be placed within the folder
Program files\RPCEmu

I believe that that is the default setting.

If hd4.hdf was downloaded from http://www.marutan.net/rpcemu/ , it
should be necessary only to unpack the zipfile.
