Not sure about ARMini "Standard" modes but my desktop on ARMini
"extreme" is also 1280 x 1024 @ 60Hz

Image memory Direct and Compressed -> Automatic handling

It's only recently I've started to use the Beagleboard "in anger" as I
try to move away from the Iyonix for my main machine.

Previously I hadn't done a lot of browsing with Netsurf on the
Beagleboard to notice the problem so can't say for sure whether it
might be reflashing with RISC OS 5.19 (23-Dec-12), for example, that
could have caused the problem.
