This is a bit light on details. Could you try to answer following questions
please ?

- Which GCC release are you using ?
- Which RISC OS version are you using ?
- Which hardware or emulator are you using ?
- Are you using Aemulor ?
- How do you compile your project ?
- Does this also happen when compiling gcc's Examples ?
- Do you get this error only once in a while ? After getting this error, will
you be able to restart the compilation which then succeeds ?
- What is the WimpSlot size you're using ? Does increasing make a difference ?
Etc.
