Yes, GCC 10 does work well when ELF dynamic linking. Static linking
is currently broken and I'm still thinking about how to fix that.

As for modules, it's actually RISC OS modules that it lacks support for.
Apparently, the new C++ modules are a compile time alternative to header
files and I've not had any experience of those.
