Bug tracker

There has been an issue with the bug system sending emails which has
now been fixed.

The mails affected include account maintenance and creation as well as
issue notification.

The issue was caused by a configuration error exposed during the
recent spate of issues with our infrastructure (I have previously sent
notification to the list)

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I would like to take this opportunity to mention a few things:

- The bug tracker address is http://bugs.netsurf-browser.org/ and the
cover page there provides brief instructions on bug reporting.

- Issues can be viewed anonymously

- Reporting a new bug requires an account

- If you have any issues with the bug tracker please mention them
either on these lists or to help@netsurf-browser.org iff they
contain personal information.
