It's 0.8.11.

I googled and was landed at
http://www.riscos.info/index.php/RPCEmu_Linux_Guide.

I followed the link in the pink box at the top of the page to
http://www.marutan.net/rpcemuspoon/#downloads from where I downloaded
rpcemu-0.8.11.tar.gz, which is what I'm trying to compile.
