Actually, its not that simple. the fetch for the default is started as
part of the serchweb init. The selection of default provider is not
done untill the frontend sets the provider from the configured
value. Both gtk and amiga do this when creating the initial browser
context.

In theory this creation/fetch is way later than the initialisation but
it seems the cache is now completing http fetches (when cache hits)
faster than a resource:default.ico fetch started sometime before can
complete!
