The problem is now sorted thanks to a prompting by Sprow and Steve
Pampling.

RPCEmu Poduleroms contains "SyncClock" which is causing the confusion.

It can either be deleted... The Problem goes away. (Their suggestion)

Or my discovery, SyncClock has one CLI command to switch it off.

So creating an Obey file containing...

*SyncClock 0 (Zero)

And putting it in Predesk also sorts the problem.
