I haven't tried 5.20, but 5.21 is fine.
I suspect that your problem may be caused by the general difficulty,
reported elsewhere, in upgrading the boot from 5.1x to 5.2x. I took the
heretical route, by merging (Config > Boot > Install) the 5.21 boot with
the existing working 5.19 boot, and - apparently against the odds - all
was well. From newsgroup posts, it seems that my boot may now contain
some redundant components - but at least it works!

Here, RPCEmu is installed with several operating systems, but I never
run more than one concurrently. This allows the IP address, for all
installs, to be the same. Maybe you could try setting your 5.20 IP
address, to a value known to work with one of the other installs.
