If you've added any items to PreDesk, Tasks, Look-at or Run, I'd suggest
removing them. If that fixes the problem, add back the removed items,
one by one, to see which is the culprit.

The utility Where should be copied into !Boot.Library . To call it, just
type where at the star-prompt, and press return.

If that doesn't yield and useful information, you could install Reporter
and set it to monitor Boot. However, rather than trying to locate the
problem, it might be quicker to start again, with a new installation.

When 0810/520 is up and running, again, I'd suggest making a backup copy
of the relevant folder C:\Program files\RPCEmu , or whatever.
