Re: New treeview

I've just pushed a partial new implementation of the Hotlist.

To see it in action, either set temp_treeview_test:1 in the
Choices file, or pass --temp_treeview_test=1 when you execute NetSurf.

Hotlist loading and rendering are done. It's currently lacking the
facility to add pages to the hotlist, and it doesn't save any changes when
you quit NetSurf.

Anyway, I'd like people's opinion on the behaviour of the drag&drop to
move nodes around in the hotlist. Users had problems with the behaviour
of the old one.

Does it behave any differently to how you would intuitively expect?



Remaining Hotlist TODO:

+ Node editing
+ Updating hotlist visits data
+ Saving the hotlist to file, and on quit
+ Adding entries
+ A default "Unsorted" folder for new entries
+ A way to create new folder nodes
