If that's RISC OS 5.2x that's because RO 5 uses IOMD version number to do
'special' things for rpcemu. We need to revert the IOMD version numbers to
0 before the next release.

In the mean time edit, iomd.c, static const IOMDVariant iomds[], and
change the 3 item in each row from 3, 3, 1, 1, to 0, 0, 0, 1
