Latest version gives errors

Reciently having major problems running the latest version of Netsurf

I keep on getting the error;

I have applied !
Boot and !System , restarted from scratch and Nersurf will not run.

Latest version that will run without errors is
3.1 (Dev c #1720)

Iyonix 5.16 256Mb
Idears anyone?
Please keep it simple - my brain is hurting already.
