Yes, but not exactly a way RISC OS like.

That's why some suggest RISC OS 5 could be adapted to support Qemu. IMHO,
that's an excellent idea. The other way would be also to correct Qemu to
provide a better Raspberry Pi emulation. Both options are valid :)

As RISC OS on Linux uses an unmodified QEMU for hardware emulation, I
suspect the RISC OS 5 problem is in fact already solved there.
