You still haven't answered why this would be a problem.

This is not rude or intolerant. The RO community as of 2021 is not very large, it does not have a lot of developer resources, and writing such an emulator is a _lot_ of work. So you have to adjust for that, and using QEMU for what you want is a far more realistic option than attempting something from scratch. What part of that do you find rude or intolerant?

I should remind people that RPCemu itself originated outside the RO community, and there has not been a similar development since it first released over 15 years ago.

A free volunteer-written emulator, as I said.

It is 95% a RiscPC - I should know, as I wrote the code for it.

You can't just encourage this purely with money! As much as the RO community thinks this is the sole required motivator. That's the point. If you want this done, and you can't pay for the work for someone to work full time (which you can't), you need to find someone who wants to do this in their spare time. And those people will most likely be driven by _interest_ and not _money_. And indeed, offering money will quite likely just put them off.
