[gccsdk] gettext lib build failure

Hi

I've produced an initial patch to get gettext to compile.. I suspect it isn't correct because...

I then get
RO libpack: Attempt to pack host binary: "./lib/GNU.Gettext.dll"

the file exists, but should a .dll file get produced along the way?
