Same here, using a Logitech LX7 mouse with RPCEmu 0.8.9/4.39 and RPCEmu
0.8.9/5.19. RO 4.39 has an option, in its Configuration, to 'Allow
scroll window to control windows' but it seems not to work, in RPCEmu.

I also use 'follow'. I did once try 'capture', but it lead to many
problems, such as the pointer apparently being constrained within a
small area of the window.

The mouse and other settings are in Program Files\RPCEmu\rpc.cfg .
However when about to make a change which might lead to an unforseen
outcome, I usually make a copy of the entire RPCEmu folder, so that, if
the change causes a major hassle, the corrupt folder can be ditched.
