That's why I raised my question: "uncompress is telling me this" - while
description on web-page says something opposite. Thanks.

Now for the other problems:

managed to run version 0.8.15, since Slackware has Qt4, not Qt5. It seems to
be working, but I'm unable to find a menu, which are mentioned in manual:

"RPCEmu contains a menu to access most of the configurable aspects of the program."

Where is this menu? The only menu I was able to open is "Pinboard" menu,
which can be recalled with middle MB. How about that more important one?

In the manual there are multiple remarks about a need to configure "this and
that" from the command prompt. How can I get to command prompt?
"Apps" don't contain any kind of shell
