As Rob says, replacing the entirety of the existing infrastructure
(which works well, is open, and publicly accessible) is not something we
have any plans to do.

Perhaps it would be helpful if you could expand on what you are having
difficulty with when it comes to understanding our documentation and
source code layout. Replacing everything with gitlab/hub is not going to
fix those problems for you.
