Thats good as I'm doing a front end for it called KPDFutil and if
someone contacts me for something not working I'd rather them and me
have the same version of PDFutils.

Another oddity I've just noticed with pdftocairo the HTML instructions
has listed for -mono switch:

Generate a monochrome file (PNG and TIFF only).

But with the instructions given by *pdftocario -help the following is
given:

generate a monochrome image file (PNG, JPEG)

The HTML instructions appear to be the correct ones.
