[Rpcemu] RPCEmu and IClear

On my failing Real SARPC RO 6.20 I use the Nudge facility in the IClear
module a lot. (Late Martyn Fox).

However, having now moved my stuff to a RPCEmu install I find the the
nudge is not working.

Has anyone else found this to be the case, or is it just my system?

I'm using the latest version of IClear (1.34)

RPCEmu 0.8.12 and RO 6.20
