Okay dokay, I have discovered the problem...

On the Real SARPC 6.02 using the normal Left, Right, Up, Down arrow keys
actions the nudge move, however on RPCEmu (Win 7) with either RO 4.39 or
RO 6.20 only the Numeric keyboard will do the business.

Sorted.

FWIW. On VRPC_Adjust SA 6.20 (Win 7) it works as per usual, either Arrow
keys or the Numeric keyboard (Numlock off).
