Is the GCCSDK trunk in a state where it would be possible to create
a new RISC OS GCC package?
I have just switch my TBX library to be cross-compiled with
the GCCSDK and realised I can't upload it as it would be
unusable for anyone who is just programming on a RISC OS
machine as it won't link with a program compiled with
GCC 4.1.2. I mix use of the cross-compiler with the native
compiler as well, so it would be helpful for me as well.
I have a virtual Ubuntu machine set up, so if the compiler
is thought to be stable enough I'm willing to do the
work of building it and creating the packages.
i.e. Checking the packaging scripts work with this release
  and trying them out.
If it is OK for me to generate the packages, what would
  the version numbers be?
If it's not in a sufficiently stable state, is there any idea
  when it would be?
I'd rather switch to using the latest GCC on RISC OS, but
it it's a long way off, I can just go back to building it
  with GCC 4.1.2.
  Regards,
  Alan
