Re: [Rpcemu] RCPEmu 0.8.11 for Windows less functional than 0.8.10

Configuration ? Ah, I forgot to copy the CMOS file from 0.8.10.

That did solve the problem.

Concerning the switch to full screen, only the recompiler version is affected by the problem.

Cheers,

André

Hi,

I gave a little trial on the new version and quickly noticed 2 problems:

RISC OS 6 don’t work on it: it complains early in the boot sequence about fonts being for RISC OS 4 and drops to CLI. Typing *Desktop doesn’t seem to do anything.

A switch to full screen brings the application down.

Kind Regards,

André

This is a RISC OS configuration. Can't remember the link (and I don't have the guide to hand), but I wrote a little guide to installing RISC OS 6 on RPCemu, and this was one of the problems that you may encounter. It is quite simply a module you'll need to *INSERT, if memory serves.

Cheers,

Gerald.
