While it's obviously not ideal behavior, it is worth noting that
"192.com" is not a legal domain name; elements in names must not start
with a digit, in order to be able to distinguish them easily from IP
addresses. 3com should also know better.
Sadly, domain registrars have let this go on for too long to take it
back now.
