Looking at the plotters log, apart from one bitmap tile (which I think
is irrelevant) and loads of text, I get quite a few rectangle calls.
Is the alpha channel of the colour used in the rectangle call
relevant? At the moment I think it is getting ignored (I'm not sure
if this is the problem, just guessing that opaque rectangles might be
obliterating the SVGs)
