[gccsdk] diff and patch

I'm looking to release an ARMv7-compatible (and bugfixed!) version of
SideDiff[1], in a similar vein to the recent 3.07 update to Infozip.
Having zero experience in the area myself, can some kind person please
recompile the GNU 'diff' and 'patch' utilities which the program
provides a front-end to?

It seems to work as-is, but as the current versions of said utilities
are dated in 2003, I'd rather not take chances.

I found a version of 'patch' on riscos.info dated 2011 (which means Theo
hasn't got around to it yet), but I couldn't find 'diff' at all.
