[gccsdk] Building trunk/gcc4

For those who are building trunk/gcc4, if you want to survive r5923 you
need to do a 'make clean' first before you can enjoy the long build time.

I've redefined our multilibs by adding VFPv2 and VFPv3+NEON builds of
libgcc, libstdc++, libunixlib, libscl (app + module).
