[Rpcemu] Restart on ROOL

Hi,

I have tried RISC OS Direct with RPCEmu and within that the restart
function works fine. Just with ROOL I got the Bad PC fc001000 fc001000
so I wonder what is different in the Direct Edition so that it does not
occur there?
