[gccsdk] Building gdb for remote debugging of RISC OS

Does anyone know the arcane magic needed to build gdb 4.7 on a ubuntu system for remote debugging of a RISC OS elf program?

 

I think I last tried this with an earlier release of the GCCSDK, so I know the RISC OS GDBServer isn't quite up to it, but I'd like to see how close it is.

 

Currently I'm stuck at the first step which I believe is getting the correct –host and –target options that configure will accept.
