Updating Libhubbub

Hi all,

As part of the Google Summer of Code'14 program, I worked on updating the Libhubbub library to bring it in line with HTML5 specifications. No one was able for code review at that time , so the work was not merged. I would be glad if someone is able to review the work now.

The wiki page might be a bit vague, but you will begin to understand it after you have complete understanding of where libhubbub is lagging behind the current specs. Apart from that, I apologise for the weird commit names. I will rename those as and when my exams are over and have enough time at my disposal.

I will be available on IRC if you have any suggestions and/or code review to give.I hope we can get this merged soon, and make Netsurf even better !
