I see that you thoughtfully snipped the bit about that when I upgraded my
System with the NetSurf Upgrade the URI 0.25 version (as given in the latest
ROOL HD4) was overwritten by the NetSurf URI 1.04.

This brings me back to my original question. Which of the two is the newer?
