Older Modules in NetSurfs System upgrader.

Hi,

I notice that a couple of modules in the NetSurf !System up grader are older
than some in my !System Directory.

SharedUnixLibrary (SharedULib) is v1.12 (05 Feb 2011) against
SharedUnixLibrary v1.14 (05 September 2015)
The latter is needed for certain newer apps and of course does not affect the
running of NetSurf;-).

The other is a strange one :-
In the NetSurf Network Directory the AcornURI (URI) module is
v1.04 (20th May 2006) by Christian Ludlam.
However the one in my !Sysem Network Directory is AcornURI (URI)
0.25 ()2 Sep 2013). So a later date but a lower version number.
Which is the better module?

An Upgrade of My !System shows that the SharedUnixLib 1.14 was not replaced
but the URI 0.25 was.

Could, would the team upgrade the NetSurf !System upgrader please?
