[gccsdk] GCCSDK does now build

Thanks for feeding things back in for building GCCSDK

I can confirm that the GCCSDK does now build on my system, despite the __FUNCTION__ warnings, straight after checkout, with no patching here

Now to see where we stand with the autobuilder items
