[gccsdk] Unable to build gcc on Ubuntu 15.04

I've been unable to build gcc on Ubuntu 15.04.

I get the problem described in this link:

I tried to manually apply the patch suggested, but couldn't get it to work.
In using gcc 4.9.2.

Anyone else got round this problem?
