Thanks, Ron - I was imagining there must be an automated way of doing it.
Actually, as this project only has around 20 source files, I could just do
it by hand. A command line tool to do this following the sfix list would
be nice...

I decided to stop trying to do things differently, and just move the
source files into their respective sub-directories for 'cpp', 'h', etc. It
sort of feels like sfix="" is pointless really!
