You're right, of course. My system is a more modest dual-core, 1.6GHz.
On that, the CPU usage varies from 60% (cpu-idle off), to less than 10%
(cpu-idle on). Obviously, this depends on what RPCEmu is actually doing.

A different matter, but clearly a good reason to turn it off!
