[gccsdk] Building wget fails again and missing instructions

The page http://www.riscos.info/index.php/Using_GCCSDK claims:

> The Autobuilder will have already been checked out in the above
> instructions and lives in the directory gccsdk/autobuilder.

No it doesn't.

I started from scratch today (because svn refused to update my existing
setup) and found the page Using_GCCSDK doesn't have any instructions for
checking out the autobuilder and building the cross compiler doesn't do
it for you. I managed to track down the correct svn location eventually
and put the autobuilder where it's supposed to be.

Then tried to build wget, which failed of course: dependency dpkg failed
(rings a bell - didn't that also fail the last time I did a fresh
install?).

The last-failure file from autobuilder/cli/dpkg is attached.

Looks like Debian's own wget (1.13.4 btw) failed for some reason.

Regards,
Frank
