[Rpcemu] HostFS location

Currently the HostFS folder is located inside the RPCEmu folder, and so
can be accessed only by the RPCEmu Application running from that folder.

If the HostFS folder could be located outside the RPCEmu folder, several
copies of RPCEmu could access the same HostFS folder. Alternatively, the
HostFS folder could be located in the User's Dropbox, so that the same
data could be accessed from any location.

Would such a development be possible and/or desirable?
