Using the Windows build 0.8.9, I have tried creating a shortcut, in the
RPCEmu folder, to the HostFS folder, elsewhere. On running RPCEmu, there
is no error, but clicking on the HostFS icon opens an empty filer window
so it seems that the shorcut is ignored.
