Thanks, David, and after a lot of hair-tearing I can now access the bug
tracker. It wouldn't accept my login details, and if I tried to change my
password it said it had no record of my address! I had to set up a new
account using an alternative email address. All very unfriendly!
Anyway, I have been now able to submit two bug reports.
