[Rpcemu] RPCEmu pre release test version 0.8.102 crashes on trying to delete locked directory in HostFS

RPCEmu 0.8.102 (Windows 10) just crashed on me with the
following when trying to delete files on HostFS:

MinGW Runtime Assertion
Assertion failed!

Program: D:\...\RPCEmu-Recompiler.exe
File: ..\hostfs.c, Line 1623

Expression: d

It looks like (for unknown reasons) a directory was marked
as locked in Windows, which lead to this problem.
