I think you're running into Wimpslot limits. You aren't running on a 26 bit
machine are you?

You seem to be building GCC 4.1.2, which is very old.
I suggest using GCC 4.7.4 instead.

(I fixed the 'Using GCCSDK' wiki page to make this clearer yesterday.
4.7.4 has actually been stable for a long while now)
