[Rpcemu] Defunct ROM site link on RPCEmu web site

The site listed as "Alternative site 2" on http://www.marutan.net/rpcemu/manual/romimage.html no longer exists; you might want to remove it from the list.

The other two sites listed still work, so no problem.
