I wonder if this might be, in part, due to the horrors of the mess I made
of the time functions for our duktape binding.
If you're confident that it's a fault built into duktape then we can go to
duktape's authors, but before then, be aware that in order to be more
cross-platform, we do replace some of duktape's time functions with our own
which might be subtly different in their interpretations (thus causing the
issue).
If you continue to believe it to be duktape's problem then let me know and
I'll contact the upstream author (or you can yourself).
