[gccsdk] GCCSDK release build imminent

I'm about to cut a GCCSDK 4.7.4 release 2 release build, which will run in
Jenkins overnight:

If you have any urgent patches that want to get committed before the
release, or release critical bugs, please say.

If you have non-urgent patches, please hold them back for the moment until
we get the release out the door. Any commits will cause the job to rebuild
and slow things down - and cause more testing effort to check things still
work.
