I think we want more time to review your IDNA work before merging it. I need
time to build it, properly review the code, etc. And I would want it in master
for at least a month or two before a release because it's so fundamental and we
will need time to put the display heuristics into the GUIs.

The HTTP/2.0 stuff I'd also like a longer period of testing for. Let's get 3.1
out and then we can look to merging those branches.
